I have met Ameena multiple times in the past from photographing both of her sisters and their husbands, so when Ameena reached out to me about photographing her and Fawwaz’s wedding I was over the moon!!! It’s the biggest compliment when the siblings of my past couples ask me to photograph their weddings as well. And I was in luck because Ameena is just as much of a sweetheart as her sisters! Planning the details for their engagement session and wedding over the last few months has been a total breeze. Ameena and Fawwaz have such amazing style and vision and they are always open to my ideas and opinions as well.

Their engagement session was a total DREAM to photograph! We started off at Toronto Botanical Gardens where Ameena wore an elegant dark green dress and Fawwaz wore a nice grey suit. They fit in perfectly with the florals and greenery at the gardens, and I thought their session was already going to be gorgeous, but when I saw their second outfits I was blown out of the water!! Ameena wore the most STUNNING blush pink flowy dress and Fawwaz rocked a cream coloured suit. The blush pink and cream combination was literally the light and airy colour combination of my dreams!! I always recommend light, creamy, pastel colours to my couples because light colours reflect light, which leads to more light in your photos, and Ameena and Fawwaz styled these perfectly!!!
