Areej and Osama were supposed to hold their Nikkah this past April at the Gardens Event Centre, and I was so excited to photograph it! With the pandemic, they initially considered moving the event to later on in the year. However, with it being so unknown as to when we’ll be able to hold large events again, and since they had already gotten their marriage license, they decided to hold an at home nikkah last week! They had their nikkah at Areej’s house with just their parents and siblings (not even all of them, since lots are stuck outside of the country), and their friends and families joined in on zoom. After their nikkah, we headed to Gairloch Gardens for their portraits, and we got some of the BEST light ever!!! Areej and Osama were laughing the entire time which made for the best joyful images!
