​Maryam and Karar’s Wedding was a beautiful mix of Pakistani and Iraqi cultures. For their nikkah they planned a more Pakistani event, and their Reception had more of an Iraqi theme! I love how they mixed their two cultures so well into their stunning wedding events. Maryam and Karar held their Reception at Liuna Gardens / Liuna Station in Hamilton which was so perfect because we photographed everything at the venue including their getting ready, portraits and their event coverage! Liuna Gardens is such a stunning location and not having to travel between spots on the wedding day took away so much of the usual wedding day stress that brides and grooms have! Some of my favourite parts of the day included Karar surprising Maryam with the cutest rap performance, us getting to sneak out during dinner for the most gorgeous sunset photos, Maryam’s bouquet that was MADE by Karar, and their sparkler exit at the end of the night!!
