You’ll probably recognize Sabreen and Meraj from their Engagement Session, Nikkah, and Mehndi events. One pretty obvious theme between all of their events is their elegant aesthetic and style, but my favourite thing about these two is how they are just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside!! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing them since they started their wedding planning back in 2019 when they booked me for their May 2020 wedding. We all know what happened in 2020, and thankfully they were able to still hold their nikkah that summer, but pushed their mehndi and reception by a few months. They kept having to push forward their events multiple times over two years and were finally able to hold their events in March 2022.
The entire day was gorgeous from start to finish. From Sabreen’s blush pink and silver outfit with the most intricate embroidery, the cutest first look, their U of T portraits (in the freezing cold), and their first dance with sparklers- everything was absolute perfection! Sabreen and Meraj (or mostly Sabreen :P) made a lot of the details themselves like their handwritten mirror seating chart, their honey jar favours, and the menu place cards. It all went so perfectly with their fresh floral decor by Lemon Truffle Designs. I could keep going on, but I’ll let you have a look for yourself!! Sabreen and Meraj, thank you so much for letting me be a part of your stunning reception. It has been so much fun getting to know you over the last few years!!!
