Vaseem and Nayya met while they were volunteering together on a project at the Sayeda Khadijah Centre and they immediately hit it off! They are now getting married on the September Labour Day long weekend and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding! We had to reschedule their engagement session almost 3 times because every time we set a date, a few days before the day, the forecast called for rain! We ended up scheduling their engagement session right after sunrise this past weekend and I’m so glad we did! Usually downtown spots are packed during the evening, but we got to photograph at Polson Pier and Bloor Yorkville without any people around! I loved hanging out with these two, they are both so hilarious I found myself laughing the entire time I was behind the camera! Check out my favourites below!
