As soon as Azraa and Malik reached out to me last year to inquire for their wedding, I was immediately so excited to work with them!! First not only because Azraa and I had the same name (which was so fun) but also because I could tell they were both such kind and loving people and that we would get along really well!!! And I was right, their entire wedding weekend was not only so much fun but I just loved being around these two and their wonderful family and friends. Everyone was so kind and had such welcoming and warm energies- I really felt like family!!

We started off their wedding weekend with their Nikkah at the beautiful Ismaili Centre Toronto. I’ve always been in love with the architecture of the Ismaili Centre and at Aga Khan Museum and we had the opportunity to take portraits at both!! The inside of the Ismaili Centre is just as beautiful and I just loved photographing their beautiful nikkah ceremony.
